Customisable modular outdoor sofa

True to the King Living vision of flexible living, the Plateau Outdoor Sofa features a customisable layout.

“Plateau is a substantial sofa, creating an impressive centrepiece for spacious outdoor areas,” Dominic shares.

“We understand every space requires a different configuration – which is why Plateau is designed to reconfigure to suit different seating arrangements and preferences or expand with additional modules over time.”

“The Omni Positional Backrests offer unparalleled flexibility for customers, enabling them to easily adjust and customise their seating arrangement for maximum comfort,” Dominic explains.

“Whether you're sitting upright, lounging back, or needing dual seating options, these backrests provide the ability to tailor your sofa layout to your current needs, including designs that convert into an angled sun lounge.”

Easily detachable cushions, backrests, and shelves also enable you to store these components during colder seasons or when not in use, ensuring their longevity and ease of maintenance.

One design highlight that sets the Plateau Outdoor Sofa apart is its ability to transform into a sun lounge.

“The Plateau Outdoor Sofa Collection includes a seat cushion which can easily convert from a flat sofa seat into an angled sun lounge.” Dominic shares.

In response to this need, Kahn is leading a redevelopment of the trade program in the form of a tiered loyalty structure with higher discount benefits. The new program was implemented Australia wide in January 2024, with plans for a global rollout in the future. This will be supplemented by a focus on making the buying experience more seamless for trade partners.

“We’re in the process of developing online portals for our trade customers to launch this year,” he adds. “We’ve also introduced dedicated Trade Consultants into every Showroom, which is something we haven’t ever done before. This will give our trade partners a dedicated point of contact who they can liaise with for all their questions and orders.”

This hands-on, relationship-based approach will support trade partners through every step of the process to keep them up-to-date with product launches and other relevant news and information.
