The Opportunity
King Living is seeking an Omnichannel Executive to manage online channels and support stock operations. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to grow their expertise in digital retail and omnichannel operations.
Reporting to the Omnichannel Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with internal and offshore teams to support online end-to-end operations, merchandising, inventory management, stock allocation, and contribute to digital sales performance. This role requires analytical thinking, organisational skills, and basic technical expertise to support website updates and troubleshooting.
The Role
- Plan and execute sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Support promotional efforts, including discounting strategies and clearance events.
- Assist with online merchandising and content updates based on stock availability.
- Monitor inventory movement to minimise stock discrepancies.
- Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect and fulfilment processes.
- Work with the eCommerce team to optimise digital sales performance.
- Use basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to assist with product page updates and troubleshooting.
- Generate reports to support business decisions and improve omnichannel processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimise stock management, sales conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in managing 3D models, working with external partners and internal teams to ensure accurate product representation online.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
About You - Minimum 2 years in an eCommerce, digital retail, or omnichannel operations role.
- Strong ability to manage inventory and optimise stock flow across multiple sales channels.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales and stock data for decision-making.
- Ability to plan and execute sales campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JS) for content management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Problem-solving skills to enhance eCommerce and omnichannel processes.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and market conditions.
