The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and workforce planning. This role collaborates closely with business leaders and the People team to drive best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
The role is responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain global talent.
The Role
Create and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives for a growing global workforce.
Partner with the people team to deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.
Work collaboratively with the people and marketing teams to develop and enhance the employer value proposition (EVP), focusing on brand awareness and talent attraction.
Manage relationships with local and global recruitment partners, job boards, universities & training providers and job platforms to enhance sourcing strategies.
Design and implement efficient, scalable recruitment processes to support global talent acquisition needs.
Leverage AI and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop an internal pipeline for succession planning, career pathways and global mobility.
Partner with our leaders to anticipate workforce needs and implement talent strategies for new and existing markets.
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice and interview techniques.
Partner with the people team to provide talent insights through data analytics and key recruitment metrics.
Champion the King Living culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Own and optimise the use of recruitment platforms such as JobAdder, xRef, CVCheck, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Seek and Indeed.
Act as the key liaison for universities, managing internship and graduate recruitment programs and organising career events.
Manage and promote the employee referral program to drive internal talent referrals.
Collaborate with the people team on strategic people initiatives and projects from inception to execution.
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes based on candidate feedback and industry best practice
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment (in-house experience preferred).
Strong ability to manage high volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders and business units.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate our brand story and engage top talent.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint).
Expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
Data-driven approach with the ability to extract insights from recruitment analytics.
Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
