The Opportunity

We are looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to own and elevate King Living’s digital experience, ensuring every pixel reflects our 50-year legacy of design excellence while driving data-led conversion optimisations. This role blends premium aesthetics with performance-driven UX/UI, ensuring a seamless, high-converting, and visually stunning digital experience.

As the guardian of our digital brand identity, you will set the creative direction for our website, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and meticulous brand consistency. At the same time, you will leverage heatmaps, A/B testing, and user behaviour analytics to optimise design for engagement, usability, and conversion. Your designs will not only look exceptional but perform exceptionally.

Working closely with product, development, and marketing teams, you will translate user insights into actionable design improvements, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.

The Role 
  • Own and elevate the UX/UI design language – establish a luxury-first, conversion-optimised digital experience that enhances engagement and sales.
  • Design with hyper-care for brand integrity – ensure pixel-perfect execution, strict adherence to luxury brand standards, and meticulous attention to typography, colour, and layout.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring best-in-class UX across all devices.
  • Lead CRO-driven design – apply insights from Hotjar, Clarity, and AB Tasty to refine layouts, calls-to-action, and customer flows for maximum conversion impact.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing – continuously optimise UX/UI elements based on data, ensuring measurable performance improvements.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system – ensuring a seamless and consistent digital experience across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers – to guarantee flawless implementation of designs, ensuring zero compromises on quality and performance.
  • Be the digital brand custodian – reinforcing premium design principles while using insights to evolve our digital presence strategically.

About you
  • Luxury brand experience – deep understanding of high-end aesthetics, premium UX/UI principles, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyse user behaviour, test hypotheses, and apply insights to optimise design for conversion.
  • CRO expertise – understanding of conversion-focused UX and ability to translate research, A/B testing, and behavioural data into actionable design improvements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – ability to execute pixel-perfect designs with precision, ensuring visual harmony and high-end appeal.
  • Mastery of UX/UI design tools – expert in Figma, with experience crafting intuitive, high-performing interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration & communication – ability to work seamlessly with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
